As we were staying quite close to Circular Quay, I took the extra effort to wake up at 5am on several mornings, so that I could hopefully catch the sunrise in action. This particular shot was a lucky one – it was a pretty cloudy morning, and I had all but given up hope, when lo and behold, the clouds moved a little, allowing the hues of blue and gold to shine through.
Look hard enough, and you can spot two more dawn watchers just like me.
