Literally Old Bridge, Ponte Vecchio spans over the River Arno in Florence, Italy. Unlike neighboring bridges, Ponte Vecchio only serves human traffic, and has scores of jewellery and souvenir shops built along it. The bridge is a popular haunt for many, due to its proximity to major landmarks like the Uffizi and scores of picturesque eateries.
Most cities have a dominant color – Florence’s is definitely an earthen orange/ brown.
