A man studying the large complex of ruins known as Trajan’s Market, located on the Via dei Fori Imperiali. Thought to be the world’s oldest specially built retail arcade, they also doubled as administrative offices for Emperor Trajan.

Have you ever considered putting together a book of then and now photos with digitally manufactured pictures how how the buildings in Rome looked 2,000 years ago and compare with your present day photos?I imagine it would be quite an expensive project recruiting architect-artists with historical background but perhaps a university would fund the project.
