  1. These may not last 30 years. They use a lower grade cement mix and less steel rebar in the columns to extend profit ratio. The buildings will start to crumble. Just like all the other cheap junk they produce.

  2. When I visited Shanghai, I was struck by how the rundown and the glitzy were practically bed partners.. Hopefully with its growing economy, things like food and construction safety will get improved.
