Singapore is a tiny island. At 49 by 25km, I’m pretty confident that there are states and towns that are larger than us by a fair bit. But standing at the top of the Marina Bay Sands skypark, with pinpoints of building lights as far as the eye can see, it almost seems as if this little dot of an island I call home stretches forever.
To the right is the Singapore Flyer, from where you can catch a glorious sunset in the city. You can also see the purple Helix bridge as well as the lotus shaped ArtScience museum, at the shoreline of the Marina Bay
