A Walk in Sausalito

A seventeen hour flight to San Francisco really messed up my internal clock, so I couldn’t explore Sausalito as much as I wanted to. I mostly wandered around the ferry station, peering into quaint little shops, feeling the sea breeze, and trying not to swoon from sleepiness. I didn’t manage to see any boathouses, to my regret, although the fancy restaurants along the coastline gave me an idea how they’d look. This was also when I started to learn that in San Francisco, unlike certain cities, having personal transport such as a car or a bike really makes a difference when it comes to planning your trips.
