The Deep

What looks like futuristic tunnels rising out from the deep is actually the facade of a skyscraper called One Front Street, located along Market Street in downtown San Francisco. The darkening evening sky and the reflective surface of the building gives it a somewhat ethereal look. As it was a late Friday evening, the area was pretty quiet, so it almost felt as if I had the whole city to myself.

Coolest photo I’ve seen in years. My novel, Twin Rapture, that I’m currently editing takes place in San Francisco. The photo shall help inspire me to continue editing today. Thanks.

      • Nonsense! You make sense all of the time and I thoroughly enjoy your comments as they enhance my understanding of what I’m looking at. I love taking photos for the sake of the memories but my technique is sadly lacking compared to a pro like you. Keep on delighting with your wit and artistry.

      • Hahahha certainly glad someone can make sense out of my words. I find it harder to word posts compared to the photos! Also, I think capturing memories is one of the most important aims of photography. No one cares about postcard pretty pictures. But photos that mean the world to you? Priceless.
